Not only did the staff go above and beyond in helping me locate a lost earring, but the air conditioning in my room was a much-appreciated relief from the Cartagena heat. the stunning terrace offered breathtaking views of the city, making for a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Suramericana's attention to detail truly sets it apart, providing a luxurious experience that I cannot wait to revisit.
